“Wendy’s years of experience in benchmarking and evaluating faculty compensation suit her well in her role as a consultant. As an experienced human resources executive, she brings to the table rational objectivity in higher education issues including faculty credentialing. I highly recommend her as an invaluable advisor to an institution’s leadership team.”

“Wendy Anson has shown tremendous skill in documenting processes and system integrations in a manner that enables stakeholders to understand underlying dependencies. Combined with her outstanding ability to bring people together in a collaborative nature, she will be certain to successfully transition to an external consultant. I highly recommend her to organizations seeking assistance with the collection of institutional knowledge and documentation of internal processes.”

Wendy has been a colleague, organization development partner and trusted advisor for 10 years serving as Vice President of Academic HR. Together we grew the faculty, staff, and organization recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, training, managing performance through coaching, feedback and developed systems and processes.
More recently, Wendy has provided HR strategy and consulting services assessing faculty and human resource process at another institution of higher education where I serve as the Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs. Wendy serves with competence, faith, intention, and integrity focused on outcomes and making a difference. I am grateful to call her colleague and friend.
